In addition to various adjustment techniques, I offer a wide variety of modalities (methods of physical therapy) including hot packs, ice packs, electrical muscle stimulation, post isometric stretching (PNF), myofascial release technique and vibration therapy. Dr. Lerner also strives to stay up-to-date with new breakthroughs in the world of alternative medicine. He takes pride in the fact that he continues to train and gather information so that he is equipped with the very latest methods and treatment options available.
